You just have to use the gears of the bike, as when you are on the road to obtain different levels of resistance. • The roundness of pedalling, much alike a road race; • A greatly progressive resistance; • The elastogel roller, which in this roller has bigger dimensions (45mm of diameter instead of the usual 30mm). The elastogel material allows to obtain a perfect adherence to the tire allowing progressions of the pedalling rythm without noticing any slipping between the wheel and the roller itself.
